Working Hours:Monday to Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm), 37 hours a week
Required Qualifications:GCSE or equivalent English and Math (Grade 4 or above) desirable

- Answering calls
- Greeting customers
- Responding and sending emails.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Apprenticeship Standard Customer service practitioner Level 2
- Training will be given in the workplace and occur monthly
- Functional Skills in Maths and English, if required.
