Incentives

Incentives

As an additional incentive to help upskill the UK’s workforce, employers of any size who take part in the apprenticeship programme will receive £1000 per apprentice between the ages of 16-18, or under 25 years of ages with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). This is a government grant to help to cover the increased costs associated with developing young talent.

The first £500 of the incentive is payable when your apprentice has completed their first 12 weeks on their apprenticeship programme, with the remaining £500 incentive payable after 52 weeks.
